Account and data deletion — IPatyj Universal
You can request deletion of your IPatyj Universal account and its associated server data. This does not delete your Google account.
- In the app, open Settings → Premium → Request deletion. When available, the app adds a verification code to the text below.
- Choose “Prepare email”, review it in your email app and send it to ipatyj.support@gmail.com. Alternatively, copy the text and send it manually.
- You can still email support without the app or a code. State the app edition and, if you purchased Premium, your Google Play order number. We will offer proportionate ownership verification. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, purchase tokens or card details.
- After verifying ownership, we will process the request and confirm completion and any retained exceptions by email. Opening this page does not submit a request or delete data.
What is deleted and retained
We delete the IPatyj account, device links, installation secrets, device names and encrypted purchase tokens. Premium access on linked installations ends when rights refresh; an existing local cache may remain valid briefly.
Minimal pseudonymous IDs and original trial dates remain to prevent repeated free trials; deletion records remain to prevent data from returning after backup recovery. These exceptions remain while necessary for trial restrictions, restoration of purchased rights or a related obligation. Residual protected backups expire under the 90-day retention policy and are not returned to use. See the full policy for details.
Server deletion does not erase playlists, photos or videos on your devices. Remove local data in the app or through Android app-storage settings.
Deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription or automatically issue a refund. You can separately cancel future renewals in Google Play. Cancellation is not a prerequisite for requesting deletion.
Privacy policy
